Yes, it is also much cheaper. ** doesn't have as many locations as **, but your local walmart will have it. There have been a few different threads on here lately about people being questioned excessively by ** staff, but I believe most of those were when sending online or with a CC. Just use cash and you'll be fine.

No, but with matchbook they do the express ** and you don't have to talk with anybody. At least I didn't at my local Walmart. Take cash or DC. 9.99 for transaction.

Matchbook will send you all the info , print a copy and go to your ** location and tell them you want to do a blue expressgram. Fill it out and hand it to them and they will do the rest.
