I can help answer your first question. You must have a 5dimes account and be logged in to see omega listed under cashier, it's not currently updated for the public to see under funding methods.

Crazyl is correct that you have to log into 5Dimes to see Omega on the cashier page (thanks for providing the info crazyl) and to the second question the answer is no you can not at this time make a cash deposit in Canada. We are working on that but we do not have that option at the moment. From Canada for Omega it has to be **********, **, or wire transfer. We do offer a 5% bonus on first time deposits over $1000 so this might offset some of your costs. Hope the information helps.
