Default OT: How is this legal?

i saw an ad on yahoo finance for easy-forex.info and this is what it says on their main page:

Currency Trading, the biggest and most exciting market on earth,
    offers you countless opportunities!
The Euro-US-Dollar rate is constantly changing, usually in small movements. Daily fluctuations around 1% are quite common. In Forex trading, when you invest with a 1:100 “leverage”, changes of, say, 1.2% turn to 120%, during a single day, even hours or minutes! You may profit unlimited amounts, but if the exchange rate moves against your favor, you lose not more than your initial investment.

how the **** is this legal? it seems it is way more dangerous than online gambling. for forex you're using 100x leverage, putting ads on the internet seems unethical because most people don't even fully understand the risk involved in options. short term forex trading seems like gambling to me.

i give you props for even trying it. when the market movement, your can make/lose money 100 times faster than craps. craps is a game where you can lose a shitload in a short period of time if the table is going against you.

options aren't too bad... it is gambling but not as bad as sportsbetting IMO but could be... NOW FUTURES ..welllll that's a different story because you can lose A LOT more then you put in... Also I believe as everyone knows...the REAL gamblers are not in sports ..they are in the market... You can throw 10 million in the market and no one would notice or care... Try putting 10 million on a bet or a total of 10 million on your daily bets would not be practical...

    That is suicide trading.

There are tracking stocks that track the yen. No need to buy contracts.
