i'm new here on this forum, so i don't know if i read the rules right. it sounds to me that you post your picks here on the forum, after he(the prick) picks his best games, and then we're not allowed to play any games he plays. i'm confused or is it that simple?

b) Week 1 (Saturday, September 8 & Sunday, September 9) and week 2 (Saturday, September 15 & Sunday, September 16) are noted as The Prick’s Preseason. Prizes will be awarded for the weekly winners, but points accrued in those weeks do NOT count towards the season ending grand prizes.


Damn I like that. That's tailor-made for my style since I don't start betting NFL until week 3. I would have suggested it but I would have expected to be shot down.

Apparently the Prick and I have some style similarities. Not sure how I feel about that.

We had that rule last year as well Mud. It is a good rule I feel as well. I am the same way. I don't usually start NFL until week 2 or 3.

why do some of you guys wait until week 2 or 3 to start playing nfl?
if there's soft lines and totals out there (which is definitely the case in week 1 and 2) then why not take advantage?

i have spoken with some who do this because they want to see "how teams are playing". well my buddies that said that are losers almost every year! so their great insight after watching one or two games is obviously not that great.
