near top right click on contact then half way down page click where it says merchants/webmasters

I still cannot find it. there is only email for merchants there and they explicitly say that they will not reply any emails which do not have anything to do with "merchants".
can you copy the email address or the link for livechat? PS their messaging centre sucks |

Depending on where you are it might be easier to call them (UK Time zone business hours 9AM - 5PM) I had to call them today to get some banking information. I have seen the "information" email address posted somewhere else but any email I sent were rejected by their mail server as a bad address.

Anyone have a current email address for them? Service@ isn't working - I tried. I am trying to help a player on a issue, and I can't use the messaging center, since it is only for account holders.
