They have a messaging centre or something like that...

I still cannot find it. there is only email for merchants there and they explicitly say that they will not reply any emails which do not have anything to do with "merchants".
can you copy the email address or the link for livechat?

Depending on where you are it might be easier to call them (UK Time zone business hours 9AM - 5PM) I had to call them today to get some banking information. I have seen the "information" email address posted somewhere else but any email I sent were rejected by their mail server as a bad address.

yes, I would have a question but it is extremely expensive to call them from my country and from my previous experience with them you have to wait and wait and wait and then you hang up because it gets too expensive...

Anyone have a current email address for them? Service@ isn't working - I tried. I am trying to help a player on a issue, and I can't use the messaging center, since it is only for account holders.
