WSEX Live Support Rep= Retarded
crazyl: Please provide me with the wire details.
You are now speaking with alivia of Accounts.
alivia: Hello crazyl
crazyl: Hi
alivia: Please visit our website at www.wsex.com
alivia: Go to Cashier and copy the bank wiring information that applies to the you
crazyl: It doesn't list that information under deposit options
crazyl: only money transfer, CC, and a few others
alivia: Are you referring to a regular wire or **?
crazyl: wire
alivia: wire is under deposit options
crazyl: http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/3...ptions1mp3.jpg
alivia: Sir go to http://www.wsex.com/
crazyl: omg
alivia: wire is the third option
crazyl: That screenshot is a copy of the cashier on my account
crazyl: perhaps other accounts which have used the wire method before can access it via the cashier
crazyl: clearly, as evidenced in that picture as i'm logged in from wsex.com, wire is not yet listed.
alivia: You may need to clear your history
Your party has left this session.
crazyl: You may need to work on not being so absolutely retarded, and provide good service.

Same thing happened to me. I asked for a deposit limit reset so I could send in from my DC more than $5000 a month as I am loading up for football season. When I asked if I could raise the limit, she basically said what their limits were. I asked if she could reset my limit, and she said the exact same comment, verbatim. I then asked if they could make an exception as I was tryin to load for Football season, and she once again cut and pasted the same response, then left the session.
Such a joke.

LOL
You know it happens. WSEX is a great book but that was a bit weak. Reminded of that Cheech and Chong skit; Dave? Dave's not here... No I'm Dave open the door. Dave? Daves not here...

Haha yeah, I don't think any less of the book, I'm sure they're solid. There are always a few idiots employed in customer service.

crazyl,
I'd ask to speak with Maria...she was very helpful with me in locating my wire, funding my account, and applying my bonus...ask for her...

It sounds to me like you have a browser problem that has nothing to do with wsex.
And, for mockinboy, they won't increase cc limits for anybody to my knowledge, being how difficult and expensive it is right now.

I've just logged in and saw the wire details as WSEX advised - here's a screenshot of what I get once I've clicked on "cashier". If you don't see it then maybe use a different browser.

Definitely not a browser issue. I checked on the latest version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, AOL, even logged in from my laptop.
My account is brand new with WSEX, so I'm sure it has something to do with being one day old. The bottom of my screenshot says to call for additional deposit options, at the time I didn't feel like calling so I just connected to live chat. I'll call at some point.

isetcap,
mr. big gambler, I doubt you even have 3000 in your own ****ing checking account...stop with this disrespecting of people's wager sizes and bankrolls...
you really don't have a clue...there are about 4 types of gamblers out there:
1. guys that actually do bet a dime (or even 5 or 10 dimes a game) a game (which as I've stated before I've done and couldn't live that way, I developed an ulcer...the ups and downs with putting $770, $880 and $1100 on games for a full season took it's toll on me...I was an emotional wreck after the 2002 season...I finally had to look in the mirror and realize I was always gonna have a ton of money from my real business...why put myself through the heart ache?...I found I could still get the same rush watching with $220 on a game, but playing a greater number of game thus diversifying)...further on this note, does anyone realize what kind of bankroll one must have to wager like this on a regular basis and still be OK if they have a bad stretch of games?...we are talkin about a $50,000 to $100,000 bankroll...does anyone honestly have a bankroll like that sitting around that's not retirement money? I believe some may do, but very few do and isetcrap aint one of them...the percentage of all gamblers that fall into this category areprobably one to 2% (definitely no more than 5%)...
2. the second category of gambler are people that bet between $50 and $500 a game...people that gamble for recreation/ and or have bankrolls that are more limited (maybe because they own houses, business and realize that gambling should be intended for entertainment)...I would say that 50 to 60% of all gamblers fall into this category, as do I...
3. People that bet $5 to $50 game, including various parlays, fantasy leagues, prop bets, etc...these are the people that are either retired on limited incomes that want to keep themselves busy, or people that understand they aren't very good at handicapping in general and would rather minimize their risk...
4. People who act like they bet, post plays, but never actually bet...there are many people on SBR, such as isetcap and tacomax, that are these type of gamblers...yet, they try to take shots at real cappers such as myself and imgv and our unit sizes, when we are the ones who gamble real money...
a wise college basketball handicapper who played games for $10 bucks at the Atlantis once told me many years ago, that all bets, regardless of size, must be respected the same...this guy knew what he was talking about...isetcap shows his lack of experience in gambling on a frequent basis...you and the butthole surfers may know a lot about the industry, but have a lot to learn about what it takes to become a successful gambler...
go ahead and try betting a dime a game on a regular basis without a proper bankroll and you will be one of those guys that is all fired up in week one, but stops posting by week 4...I have been around, and will be around, because I'm smart with my unit size based on my bankroll and have money management...don't hate, participate...

sean,
I believe you are correct to have your doubts about wsex...I still have them in my top 5 (#5 actually)...I guess my main complaint is that their CS reps just can't be bothered (with the exception of my experience in dealing with Maria in accounting)...they need to improve in that aspect dramatically...

This kind of shit happens in all types of industry, it's why I hate calling my phone or insurance company.
I'm surprised if a call to any csr goes smoothly.
