Default My wire to WSEX has become a huge pain in the ass...

Man do I miss neteller...I had a seamless transaction with betjamaica a couple of weeks ago where I fedexed them a cashier's check and the money was in my account the next day (with fees reimbursed)...

Now I'm waiting on a wire to WSEX. It's been about 10 business days. The wire was originally held up, because the lady at my bank didn't put the IBAN number where she was supposed to (which vanzack says happens all of the time)...

Now last week, the bank in Antigua was closed on both Monday and Tuesday...I just called in to receive it today and their system for checking incoming bankwires is down...

I have my bank running a trace and should here back from them tomorrow...sorry boys, but gone are the days of easy money transfers...

I'm a fan of the Fedex cashier check or ***********. At least you have a "hard copy" receipt of the money you sent.

I use Moneybookers and the way they provide info on how to wire funds to them is up to interpretation, I haven't done one yet but I'll be sure to post if things don't go well when I do wire funds to them.

Why didn't you Fedex to WSEX?

    betplom,

WSEX doesn't accept fedexed cashier's checks...or I would have gone that route...

Is it really worth it to send a wire for a deposit of less than 20 dollars? Too bad those Neteller scammers aren't available for you anymore.

    isetcap,

the deposit was for $3000, not $20...and come to think of it, you don't seem to be much of a bettor at all...so who in the **** are you to be questioning my deposit and bet size?...that just shows you what a small-time, wannabee gambler that you...a good gambler knows to respect all bets...and trust me, dickhead, I bet plenty especially since it's a frickin' hobby for me 'cause I do pretty well with my real job...you are scum, always remember that, bottom feeder...

I am having the same problem with my wire to Matchbook. Its now been 8 business days and no sign of the wire, Had they accepted cashiers checks like almost all other normal sportbooks do this wouldn't be a proble, and my account would have been credited at least 7 days ago.

Me too Matchbook really needs to get its act together on Bank Wires.
Worst is they wont even try to assist.
I have no doubt my money is with them.
I sent to WSEX and Matchbook at the same time. WSEX located it after prompting. Matchbook just cant be bothered.

This is beginning to look worrying any comments from SBR. Have you had to deal with any similar issues ?

Way to get money into Matchbook and WSEX may be a transfer from Olympic. It seems Olympic is more reliable with bank wires.

Why anyone deposits this way is beyond me.

It isn't always that bad, just have to be part of a bank where there's a few smart employees. By smart I mean actually know how to fill out an international wire form, sadly this isn't always the case.
