    Math not being my strong suit, I always wondered how 110/100 = a book hold of around 4.5%, overall. I understand that a breakeven would be 5% --- where do they lose the other half percent?

    One way of looking at is that for every $110 a player bets, he'll pay $10 in vigorish half of the time. So:
    vig = -50%×$10/$110 ≈ 4.545%

    And in EV terms, where vig is the negative of a player's EV:
    vig = -EV = (50%×$100 - 50%×$110) / $110 ≈ -4.545%

    No one really mentions Bestlinesports (Now called BetOnline)

    They give you a choice of bonus or reduced juice (-105)
