Boys we all know religion from it's inception thousands of years before Christianity was to control the masses. Religion is a joke. Belief in the gods is just to make mankind feel better and the need for answers. As the human evolved he needed answers he couldn't figure out. So they made them up. Where I came from & where I'm going when I die is not a question I need answered. I came from my momma & the rest is a fuked up ride! Why is there so many educated people that can't accept or are so arrogant that they think that not only their species, but better yet theirself, is better & more desrving of death. They think they get to go to a grand afterlife. There's alot of disaapointed people after that last breath

first things first the word "bible" means collection of books.

the bible everyone here refers to is mainly a collection of books detailing one family on earth,the ISREALITES

jesus came to preach to his family,the ISREALITES that they were being used and controlled by the people in power of their religion

he was a saviour to his family because he brought them truth disguised in a way to protect his words from being used against him

and because they rejected his truth and twisted his message and made him a martyr,

his message was carried out into the world beyond the 12 tribes of isreal making him the saviour of the world

it is there for all who want it free of charge

IMO the bible is not about religion as much as wisdom and knowledge of the world,and the isrealites place in it

jesus came to open enslaved minds,paul said it is about not fearing death in the face of oppression

there is a lot of bad stuff in the bible but it is a book that tells of different cultures and false beliefs and how those beliefs were carried out,its not as simple as saying bad stuff happens therefore its a bad book

this is a hard subject to approach because so much can be said it is never ending

I would suggest we have the person referred to as christ to thank for being free enough mentally to think it is even possible today because I have no doubt the fear of the gods would still be used against the infantile minds on earth
