Default tiger woods - will he play the master's?

i say yes. too big a tournament for a pro golfer to miss unless he absolutely must due to something like family illness like lefty is doing. i just don't see tiger sitting out the master's this yr. i think he plays. how well he plays i have no idea but i believe he plays.

agree, and I wouldn't be surprised if he wins it. I don't care for the guy but he is not human when it comes to the links

yes and it's not even close

only reason he still plays tourney's is to break jack's record

don't know why he said: "i don't rule out a return to golf this year", during his televised statement. uhm, tiger, the yr is 10 more months! of course you're coming back this yr, and you're coming back sooner than a lot of ppl think! see you at augusta!

he only read what his people wrote....he was like a robot. My opinion none of this shit needs to be public, it's not our business

Elin is moving back in with him. Steve Stricker is a close friend to Tiger and committed yesterday to the Arnold Palmer Invitational for the first time in 5 years. Stricker was college roommates with Tiger's agent so he knows what's going on. Tiger is reportedly golfing like crazy lately. Yesterday, Tiger and two buddies practiced from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Drives, pitching and putts. He will play in the Arnold Palmer Invitational and then the Masters

He is praying that he going to play in the masters they pride themselves on control they will not take any abuse from fans that want to cat call or challenge them by booing tiger. I am willing to put up 2500.00 for their favorite charity to any person that feels tiger will win the masters thats if tiger wins the other condition is that has to be his first public match. If tiger loses you must relinquish 250 points that will transfer in my acct . And will be given out to the posters. The check will be in your name so you get full credit as a tax deduction, the charity is of your choice but must be a legimate non profit organization . Contact me to make the deal

Tiger is a fukin golfing animal thats it, he swings that golf club and putts and chips better than anyone that ever lived, now truth be known those skills should be worthless just like all other pro sports but since ppl will pay to watch him play he is rich, that is all, why do pro athletes have to be great ppl, they are just the best players of whatever game they play, if it werent for golf tiger would just be some random idiot scrubbin toilets

With Tiger seen on the links-he will play. The guy is too competitive to sit by and watch the Masters.

Okay, let me rephrase. I predicted what would happen with more accuracy than anyone else in this thread.

this is no surprise. Did anyone really think he would miss a major?

whatever happens I can't wait till we get back to normal and this kinda stuff isn't big sports news...

between the Favre drama every football off-season, the tiger woods stuff lately, I can't even listen to sports radio when driving anywhere half the time anymore

you said he would play in the arnold palmer classic but that is in doubt. we don't know whether he'll play there first, or straight to the master's. the other stuff you said regarding elin moving back home, stricker playing in a tourney, and tiger reportedly golfing like crazy, was all stuff that hit the newswires prior to you saying it so all you did was unnecessarily repeat stuff we already knew

If he is actually SERIOUS about the so-called "rehab" and "saving" his marriage, he shouldn't even be close to playing in a golf tourny. But knowing this jackass, he'll probably play...

Tiger playing in the Arnold Palmer Classic is not in doubt to me or ESPN because we strongly feel that it will happen. People often re-report news because the audience in which they are reporting to has yet to hear the news.

Be more specific next time and maybe you can claim proper credit for a prediction.
