The -105 lines go up late and they never have an opinion. Also some users may have $1000 limits on the -105. I have an account there and don't use it as much as I thought I would. It's still a must shop if you're really into it.

Good book for the experienced player. If they make the recommended list they will be listed under "P" for professional.

Anyone have an opinion on the value of 105 vs. volume rebate?

from what I understand you can take the -105 option on all bets when you sign up (rather than get deposit and re-load bonuses)...so, I'm not understanding why one would have to wait for the -105 to be put up...

Believe the volume rebate is only 1% of action, which works out to roughly -108 on bets. Unless you mainly play money lines, you are much better off with -105.

The -105 is by far the best option here.

OK, after extensive research, I have one beef with these guys... a $25 neteller withdrawal fee is a little steep for recreational players...also, I noticed they went through a period a couple of years ago with some financial unstability...other than that they check out OK, but if someone from SBR could question them about the $25 neteller withdrawal, that'd be great...staying away for now...

So called safe book that is VERY much not safe anymore.. Your money is never safe with any offshore sportsbook

remarks because a member ask if thegreek was safe.

    Default So...Recommendation?

I f-edup. I used Cascade over a year ago with no problems and took a while off. Then came back into some money and without checking made a $500 CC deposit last week. I'm up to $2,300 and just wanted to make a slight withdrawl when I got caught up on all this bs!

So, my question for someone knowledgeable is...Do I cancel the CC transaction and just take the profit hit? Or do I try and get 1k or two out of them? Or do I cancel the charge and try and still withdrawl? Some advice would be nice.
    Crap.
    Thanks.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum Flandrman

Cascade is real bad news these days and after you read this thread below. Then you will see that you really don't have any other choice but to take the profit loss and to charge it back to your card.

    http://forum.sbrforum.com/state-indu...hlight=cascade

Here is the last newswire I see on Cascade:
    3/6/2008 06:17 PM
No-pay sportsbook, Betcascade (SBR rating F) managing to attract new depositors

Player: I signed on with them about a month ago and sent $2500. then sent $1700 when I lost, then finally won about $6,080 dollars. I guy named Justin said he was sending the money on that Tuesday, never received and no return call from him. I spoke to the manager named by Lenny, he keeps telling me that I will get paid, well its been 2 weeks, and he keeps feeding me bull****. PLEASE HELP.

The troubled book has paid just over $22,000 in 11 months to some of the 72 SBR readers that have filed a complaint. The total player debt reported to SBR is nearly 1.3 million.

    Thanks.

What you should do is get a piece of paper and write 50 times

"I will check SBR before I make a deposit to any offshore book"

    You should cancel the transaction.

You will never see a red cent from that shit book.

Agreed. There is no chance at collecting there. At least you'll get your $500 back.

I would hold off on the charge back. Give yourself a few months and see if you can get lucky with one of those 1k checks. If you near the 6 month point and face not being able to get that nickel, go for it. Logic says if he owes new players and has a few bucks to send he would pay them hoping to get win their money later. Unfortunately two new depositors haven't found that to be the case.

I agree with Bill. Wait to see if you get paid in a reasonable time frame first.

While I don't think you're going to be paid period it does make sense they would pay newer players, reactivations or players with smaller balances first so that might be you?

You've got 6 months to do what you have to do as Bill mentioned so you're in no rush.

Ok, so I'm kinda chuckling at how pathetic this is, but it seems that Cascade has used my CC to pay for lunch (considering I've never been to Costa Rica and there's a charge on my CC from there)...wow...awesome. So, I've got to cancel this card out and everything, but I've never really had to chargeback before or anything. Is there a forum on tips to do that, or is it pretty straightforward or what?

Check the date when this thread began (2005?). It was all rosy way back then.
