Hi I have never posted here before but found the site via google

I think WSEX a doing a doddgy on me could someone give me their opinion on this

I deposited at wsex and just went to withdraw some of my money. When I joined I was told that neteller withdrawals usually take 1 hour to process

After a couple of hours I contacted their live chat and they told me that it should be processed in 2 buiseness days

I asked why and they told me their neteller system was down

I then rang neteller and asked them what was wrong and they told me that they didnt know of any such problems

I then went back to live chat and told them this and then they told me that it was on their side that the problem was

So I asked If I would be able to make a deposit and they said yes I would so I asked them to explain to me why I can deposit on their system and not withdraw

they couldnt explain this to me

Shoul I and every one else be concerned about this bookie

First of all, welcome to the forums.

Secondly, a lot of books mess you about, especially in the curent climate. But WSEX isn't one of them. You will get paid by them. A lot of former US-facing books still take and pay by Neteller but since Neteller is out of bounds for most of the US-facing books, they perhaps don't keep as much in there as they'd like and/or previously would. If it gets to a week and you've not been paid then you can contact SBR directly but, at this stage, just be patient.

when I played at Bo Dogs they paid me within 40 minutes of requesting a neteller withdrawal and they seem to cop a lot of flack here So that was why I was alittle concerned

im not sure where you received the information that wsex neteller withdrawals took 1 hour however i understand the frustatation of expecting a neteller withdrawal and not receiving it.

im pretty happy to know that my neteller withdrawal with be in my account within 2 days without exception.

wsex has done a few things over the last 6 months that kinda bug me but they are one of the good guys without a doubt.

Neteller is the new Moneybookers for non-US players who are at books focusing on US sports. The clerks sometimes tell players there is a technical issue or a problem. Usually the problem is the merchant account is underfunded. Neteller is a low volume method but books still should keep it loaded or make the listed processing time long enough to cover their wire to Neteller. Like the others have said, two days will probably be the wait time and you can be confident funds at WSEX are safe.

This is what is happening with DPT ( Jazz, ABC ... ). Basically you cannot anymore withdraw by Neteller with them and this suck.

i must only confirm all that was said here

i had the same problem with wsex, payout took over a week, second payout was done in 2 days, so i hope they try now a little

why are not problems with Moneybookers and Neteller payouts from Bodog and Greek, while DPT, wsex and others have such problems? they pay probably, but it shows quality of management for all

I was told that when I joined up that neteller withdrawals take about one hour to process

yet when I went to withdraw It took 2 days

there excuses were problems their end with neteller

this book has ???? marks all over it at the moment

I agree Bo dogs can payout in 60 minutes via neteller and they cop a lot off crap in this forum But WSEX seem untouchable

I don't have a problem with 2 days for Neteller withdrawals, but it should be clearly noted in the cashier menu.

I am in the US and just opened a WSEX account. When I went to fund it the clerk told me they are still processing payouts from APRIL. So what gives?

Never one problem with WSEX. Top book and straight shooters. Money takes longer than in the old days, but they were among the very first to answer the challenge with free -and very quick- book-to-book transfers to other quality books, and also stepped in when Pinnacle left the US market.

Just a quick update I have recieved all my money from WSEX it took 6 days but all is good

I understand americans geting annoyed when people start complaining about waiting for 6 days for a withdrawal but I do think they should also be concerned when a withdrawal that used to take minutes is now taking days.

I think I will take sean's advice and stay away from wsex from now on and stick with Pinnacle

my next payout was done in 48 hours, so it seems wsex payout now takes 2 days, so they resolved it; it is not shortest time but OK i guess

With all the bullsh*T that is going on with money transfers from the and to the USA,maybe you guys should try opening a offshore bank account and have your money deposited there rather than a U.S. transfer through that Netteller bullsh*t or any other of this kind.There isn't any doubt in my mind that even the best books like to screw around with americans: DBOY,patrick sports,sean72 and Lucas ect.ect. experiences is unnervingly too common I'm afraid ,fortunately all well witch ends this time,good for you DBOY .It is true though that all of the top rated books by SBR eventually comes through with the money but the undue delay are surely unnecessary and absolutely annoying.
Maybe you guys in the states should open offshore bank accounts especially with the bank that the books does business with.For instance if bog dog does business with the Barclay bank(u.k.) or even a american bank like Chase Manhattan but witch branch is in Costa-Rica for example than open a account with that bank than get a bank card and used that bank card to access your money or once the bookie deposit your money in the bank,this one can quickly transfer it to you wherever and however you wish.I would suggest to have a bank account in the U.K. or Bermuda have your money deposited in the branches there,i am here in Toronto canada where those issues do not exist for us YET!!but I STILL have 4 accounts in the Isle Of man where i stash my capital gains!!

nice post. but most people have US passport, so this will solve US bank freeze your wire issue, but you still cannot open an account at pinnacle.
