I took them up on a $100 for $100 promo. I lost it and made another deposit. I go to call it in and get a recorded message that customer service is closed at 9:00 PM EST. That is weak.

There was a thread at TheRX about slow withdrawals earlier, but it seems it was deemed contrary to their business plan ;-)

Yea it is. It's the time of year for the phones and livechat to be manned 24 hours.
The Tradewinds group has been around since the beginning and is financially very strong. They want to build a big post-up presence and are reading all the feedback and discussing it with the mgt. team. What the RX doesn't realize is that they aren't doing Justbet or their readers any favors. Justbet wants to see this. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a night staff on beginning next week in large part because of your opinions.

Well I can. TheRX have a habit of deleting any threads which put their sponsors in a bad light. With more honest books like JustBet it isn't too bad but when it's the likes of Sportsbook and SBG then that just stinks. As Bill said, deleting threads doesn't help anyone. For the crap books, it just gives them a licence to carry on with what they have been doing. For the more honest books, it stops them seeing the customer feedback and make efforts to improve their business. In either case, it's bad for the players and bad for the industry.
