This basically restates what was in the latest press release.

It's awesome that this is finally being resolved.

Now get your asses back into Canada, Neteller. It's not our Department of Justice that mucked everything up.

(And I'm sure your 6 Turkish customers would like you back in there too.)

i'm sick of hearing about neteller complainers wanting interest. there are tons of people out there that have been screwed out of their balances with books. be happy you're getting your $ and shut the F up and stop running yer mouths

There are people with balances of up to $800K who had money there in neteller, pal. There were quite a few with $100K or more. People don't realize that this money sat in an interest bearing account for neteller, and the interest amounts they earned are more than a lot of balances held at sportsbooks. Glad he is on utube apologizing - if he is really sorry he will look into giving the interest to the customer rather than the stock shareholder. For those who lost entire balances at BOS, and places like that they also had money stolen; if you had money stolen its appropriate to run your mouth and not worry about whose stealing is worse.

It's not that. They should have protected the integrity of our personal information. They shouldn't have bent over so nice and easy for the Feds. A publicly traded company can afford an army of lawyers. Ask some of the bigger players, who now have to reconcile the last 3 tax years how they feel.

As for getting beat by an overseas book....I can understand a square, who lacks the knowledge of finding the forums, having problems getting paid. If you know about the forums and can read then no one should loose a single cent. I've been gaming online for 2 1/2 years now and even through all the turmoil have always gotten paid. Matter of fact, I've only had to call customer service 2 or 3 times during my whole span of play.

Why should anyone get any interest? You never got any when you left it there for year after year and we all knew that. Now the US Gov. screws everything up and now you all want interest... You guys are having a laugh!!!!

Uh no... I think I'll stick it out now. No one made me an offer 5 months ago. I certainly would have been a seller. But as I recall I was looking for .60- .75.

IRS can go back as far as they want if you're evading taxes.

If a publicly traded company can afford an army of lawyers how many do you think the American Government has on staff? If it got into a pissing match the company loses, I know I used to work for the government here and our department had our own legal staff.

Now if some of the whiners about neteller not paying owe back taxes why should we feel sorry for them. They knowingly didn't pay taxes that were due so I don't care how they feel.

I will be glad when netellers 2 years probation are up and they come back to Canada (and I"m sure they will), except by then Moneybookers may be the new neteller up here.

With the US governement seizing almost 100 million, it kind of makes you want to co operate with the government don't you think? If they hadn't co operated you'd still be waiting for your money.

Unless you´ve been breaking the law, you have nothing to fear from the feds getting netellers records. The only people that have to reconcile anything are those who where not paying taxes that they owed.

If Neteller fought more, how much longer would players money been tied up for? 3-4 years?

Right. The people associated with merchant accounts are more concerned.
