I've read that it's wise to replace a foregone negative habit (smoking, gambling, etc) with a different positive habit to fill the time. You been snapping the carrot a lot more?

I took off every gambling bookmark and every book. I really don't miss it anymore. I do other things now, I still post here but this is light stuff and not hardcore gambling.

I go down to the local rec and play softball, kickball, checkers, darts and eat watermellon with the kids. I guess they look at me like a big brother and role model.,
