Alright, i cant believe what a scam they are trying to pull but here it is

I requested a withdrawal early friday morning via neteller (they are free on fridays for upto 2500$). So later on that night i check my neteller account and it had not been processed yet, so i think maybe it didnt go through and went to request it again (this was on friday too,and i have done this before too without problems). Then on saturday i come and ask whats taking so long with the withdrawal, and they said that they received too many withdrawals that day to process them all. OK fine so far, but here comes the funny part.

TODAY (monday) they finally processed, not only one withdrawal of $2500 but TWO,and BOTH with fees, and yes, ive done this before without problems, and cashouts being free if i requested them in time, but they claim i didnt request them by the cutoff time (friday). Now i could understand if they charged me for one of them somehow, but not two. So now they effectively stole 60$ from me with 2 withdrawals when i just wanted to get one for 2500$ for FREE, is there anything that can be done about this????? (already went to complain to their livechat which was ofcourse of no help knowing their poor standard)

That shouldnt matter since i requested the first withdrawal BEFORE 10am Friday. (they claim i requested them at 7.00 pm and 7.38pm , now thats funny isnt it, 38min between 2 withdrawals) so you see that isnt the case here.

I changed the title to accurately describe your complaint.

Can you prove the time you made your withdrawal request?

Also, have you telephoned customer service and spoken with a manager? If you have tried this and not reached a resolution, feel free to write us at assistance@sportsbookreview.com.

cris did the same with me. they said i missed the cutoff by 5 minutes. i kept talking to customer service asking where my withdrawal was and finally got hit with 2 netellers on monday with the full fees.

cris let me send back the 2nd 2500 and reimbursed one of the fees.

pardon the ignorance, I've never played at Diamond. Are Diamond, Cris, and Bookmaker all the same company? If so, what is the difference between Bookmaker and Diamond?

Diamond has reduced juice on Baseball while the other CRIS skins do not.
