On May 1st, Lex promised me a 20% cash interest payment if I agreed to leave $10,000 in my account without withdrawing it for 60 days. I agreed and on July 1st, I called to get my $2000 added to my account, and I was told that Lex was on vacation. Then the buyout happened, I believe on July 3rd, and Lex was no longer with the company and Claudia was handling his affairs. Claudia told me that it would be in my account by July 15th. Well I called on the 16th and was told Claudia was no longer with the company. I spoke to Rodney and Marco and they refuse to give me my 20% that I am due. Instead, they have offered me a 15%cash bonus on my next deposit with a 3x rollover. I have recieved my $10,000 which was sent to me in several payments since July 4th. Lex had originally told me that I, along with 10 other special accounts was given this offer. Did anyone else recieve this same offer from Lex?

I would take the 15% bonus if I was you and play with it.. It's good you got your 10K.. probably in four checks..

Verbally, he told me that he use to be a banker in the U.S. and this was a good proposal, and the reason why was all the red tape they were facing with processors. Your right, it was four checks.

Lex. told me he use to be a Broker.. I think he mentioned he was a banker too not sure... They were being bought by SBG and I would assume having you keep your money in there had something to do with it... I would just take the 15% and play with it but that's just my opinion...

I do not have any money in the account right now. I have to reup my account in order to get the 15% cash bonus. Sbg did not offer me the interest deal and I understand that. I wanted to know where I can find this guy Lex and who is was in the whole realm of things because he is a con.

Oh I see they offered you a 15% bonus OF YOUR NEXT DEPOSIT..? F*CK that I would just walk away and not deal with them again... They no longer offer anything special and 15% is not worth going back so I would walk in my opinion...

Lex probably didn't have much to do with the offer. It was common for Royal to buy players out of their payout request. If Royal owed you the money then SBG-Royal should honor it but since it is SBG, you might have to cut your losses. We will see if Marco can address this.

Bpwithpandik or whatever, the request for the money was made in April. The money was debited from my account in April, then Lex called me on May 1st with the proposal and sat on by Royal. As far as I knew, the money was going to be fedexed to me in April until he called me on May 1st.

i'm sick and tired with their excuses, waiting 2 months for my 22k from them. this week they are telling me every day "it will be processed today" and nothing happens.

i contacted sbg directly and was told that since i have more than 15k i can request 10k in one day. i hit royal with this and all was ok, until it got to processing. was told that since it is still royal i can get only 2.5k PER WEEK. this sucks!

what's in there for the royal player? is SBG doing banking or not? in this thread it looks like they are, but again they are throwing at me old royal rules...

IF they are doing that it is pure BS. I have an account with both royal and SBG and it is the same systems and all the same people. I don't have a lot of money in there so I'm not worried about the shenanigans. I don't know if you have an SBG account or not, but if you call the SBG 800 number you will get the Royal people and if you call the Royal 800 number you will get the SBG people, they are now one in the same.

All the "good" Royal people were let go when the takeover happened. This is not nefarious, all corporations make ridiculously bad decisions about the value of employees.

Thanks guys! If the communication is there we will do our best for both sides. I hope we are able to work with SBG in the future and someday, address past issues once again. Hopefully they let Marco keep up the good work he did for Royal over their last year.
