I can't believe he hasn't melted down yet. Looks like he won't choke this year, maybe not win, but at least, he's not giving it away.

I have no trouble imagining Sergio hanging on. Mike Weir had a reputation as a choker before he won the Masters. Mickelson had a reputation as a choker at one time - now he has 3 Majors. Before Nick Faldo won 6 Majors he was frequently called Nick Fold-o.
Guys overcome that choke image all the time (except of course Colin Montgomerie.)
Garcia has a 3 stroke lead on Stricker, then no one else is closer than 6 strokes. That's pretty significant. If you're thinking anyone other than Stricker is going to catch up, you are counting on a pretty major swing.
It's also important to remember that if someone else started getting close, they would also probably feel that collar tightening.
I'm seeing Sergio at -150 at Pinnacle. He's been on his game. If I was going to be home to watch tomorrow I'd throw a recreational bet on that (unfortunately I'm going to miss it.)SBR Founder Join Date: 7/21/2005

Before play started today, Pinnacle had Garcia NOT to win +142, I considered it for a while, then when I decided to bet it, play had already begun. Damn!
