Thumbs up 27 Years Ago today one of the greatest Ever albums was released

On this day in 1980 AC/DC released there Back In Black album. I gotta say I like the Bonn Scott years a little bit better than the Brian Johnson years, but I must admit this Album totally rocked

And there is a town in NW Ohio (Gibsonburg) that has been playing that Album ever since.. The young kids place it like it's "Finger 11".... Let me tell you...that is one wierd town.. It's more like a "Cult" then a town...

I have bought this album at least 10 times in my life. I have either worn them out or lost them. But I always replace it and listen to it all the time. Love AC/DC!!!!

That reminds me of this quote:

Indeed, in 1995, when Ballbreaker was released, the band was accused by critics of making the same album 12 times over. "That's a dirty lie!" lead guitarist Angus Young responded: "The truth is that we've made the same album over and over 14 times!"

Every San Diego Padres fan favorite song is on this album I'm sure.
It's the song that plays every time Trevor Hoffman enters a game at home.

As great as Bon Scott was, their best album was without him (although in my opinion Highway to Hell is damn close)

Boy, we are both showing our age by admitting we owned that 8 track tape.

Heres the song that seemed to get the most air play back in the day, however I don't even think it's the best song on the CD.

Hear about this tv show tonight where a guy gets blindfolded and licks CD's and can tell what band they are from? Not sure if he does it on the lable or lazer side?It makes more sense that the guy can read tongue braille on the label side.hehe!
