Matchbook Payout -- 27 days and counting
So I have been very patient and only recently e-mailed them to ask what the situation was. They said very politely that I should wait 10-15 business days (which have already elapsed).
I made the cash out on the 26th of June, processed on the 27th of June. I think I've given them a reasonable amount of time to pay.
What's my next move here?
Wow, this is a surprise... Last couple times I cashed, it took less than a week.

Sorry for the trouble
A lot of books right now are having processing issues due to that U.S. law change that went into effect about 9 months ago. Hopefully the books will have something in place by the time football season rolls around.

What is the law that is causing all the problems? And what does a book have to do to "comply", er I mean get around it?
