I am on my way to being debt free. I went through a divorce in '08 that left me with some debt. I just bought a house in October (by myself, not mommys money). I will be putting 8% into my 401K, with a good mix of mutual funds that have good growth. Oh yeah, plus a betting bankroll that I can make 8 to 15% on each month. No need to dip into anything else but the bankroll for betting. I would say in about a year, I will be set. No credit for me, that FICO score can kiss my ass. Even though I am over 750.

Even right now, my son and I live pretty comfortable. Even when Murphy's Law comes calling, I have the funds to hang up on him.

How do I plan on retiring ?

Well currently I have 2 rent houses that have tenants. I also work as an assistant manager, so I have 401k. I also have mutual fund, with a savings account. I plan to retire from my job when I'm 35 because by that time I hope to have my apartment or atleast 10 rent houses.

The people who make the most from sports betting are the guys who dont talk about it or their plays...

You guys can sit and circle jerk each other all you want in the meantime.

2 best days in a boat owners life is when he buys it & when he sells it.

I have one right now I was gonna get running. But it need a complete outdrive. The boat is in great shape, I have nothing invested in it, but an outdrive will cost more than it's worth. Since I have 0 invested in it it might be worth a look though.
