Default Cybersportsbook - my complaint of the day

As soon as I confirm a bet there, it logs me out. Normally at that point, I want to re-double-check all the info and copy it to my spreadsheet but at Cyber, the first thing I have to do is log back in.

It happened to me at WWTS once too but it seems to happen at Cyber every time.

    Is anyone else getting that?

I know it's not the end of the world but, in the words of Mr. Horse from Ren and Stimpy:

"No sir, I don't like it!"

Whatever you are getting at Cybersportsbook, you can expect to get at WWTS if you aren't already. They will be using the same exact software that Cybersportsbook basically customized from the IQL version they use.

I think they are waiting until after football to make the major changes. WWTS now has the tech staff from Cybersportsbook.

    IQL software is brutal.

While the software is the same, they likely have different dedictaed servers, so one book may have a wrse timeout feature than another.

WWTS crapped out on me earlier this evening where it logged me out immediately after I confirmed a bet.

    Annoying.

This will be SBR's first stop in 2 weeks. I hope we can get a lot of feedback like this. There are some issues here but WWTS management strongly wants to show us the solutions prior to any opinion changes.

For those of you that do not know, the founder of WWTS was and still is a good friend of SBR. The one female executive in the industry runs WWTS now and she is one of the top managers.

However, with all that said they need to come through and I openly wonder if they can maintain A+ status while they absorb Cybersportsbook and completely move and merge both operations.

Tough to imagine an IQL software book with an A+ rating...but then again, VIP and their IGW software are even worse and are able to maintain their rating so I guess my argument wouldn't stick.

Brand of software plays a part, players have to be able to navigate smoothly. YOU may hate IQL and IGW but we dont see a lot of complaints on their software but neither is as good as ASI.

I believe WWTS is moving to the Cyber platform as we speak and IGW has been touting a major upgrade in October. Should be interesting.

Have you tried using 'Firefox' to access the site?

I find this works a lot better with this group then IE.

With IE my A/C balance was frequently displayed as #####

Don't get this problem with Firefox.

BTW does anyone here know if Wagering Requirements are 'wiped' following
a 'bust out' with this group or do they carry forward, hopefully not the latter !

I think I know what you are asking here and the answer is, no, all rollover requirements are reset once you bust out.
