I became bored to death with poker after many many years.

Me too, I get tired of playing poker after playing just for a short period of time.

Playing live at a casino poker room is less appealing than playing online. There always seems to be a long waiting list.

It seems as though everyone is a "pro" nowadays, all decked out in their dark sunglasses and baseball caps. The rake is another reason I stopped playing live games too.

I'll admit I still play the odd tourney online (low stakes - $3- $10 buy in) but after playing one I'll stay away for weeks before playing another.

As for other forms of gambling, yeah I get bored of it too sometimes, a little time off usually brings back a strong interest in wagering though. Gambling has been described as insidious. I'd have to agree.

I find my own arbs so i don`t have to take losses due to prices moving,i find them quicker than arb services do so have more time to place each side.
