Latest addition to the A books, now rated at A-.

Important question for me to decide if I play there or not. What type of football props will they be offering for each game? And what's the juice for those props?

The juice is important, because I've seen them offer 40 cent lines for soccer totals; the highest I found anywhere.

They were bought by Bestlines a few months ago. They're -105 juice for football, located in Panama (safe), and are visited by a SBR team this month; unless those plans changed.

I know who they are coach, however I just never played there before personally. Maybe I'll give them a try come football season.

There are two very good books in Panama with Betonline and Legendz. Both are going to come out focused on raising the bar on customer service. The focus is on retaining customers. Both also are ahead of the curve on payment processing.

Oddly enough both have moved recently or are about to move into larger, very modern facilities. We will share pictures of legendz newly constructed 35,000 sq ft facility later. BetOnline would not allow pictures unfortunately.

Both books are in the A's now and all involved from the players on down should have very high expectations from these books this year.

Legendz looks like and appears to be a good book....but does not offer credit card deposits. That will be a turn off for a lot of players.

i used to play at legendz but i decided to change a while back because they have low limits and they also have .20 baseball lines ...

matchbook is the book for the smart player...

I noticed betonline was promoted in Mark Lawrence's Playbook as the book to play at. I had never heard of them before that.

They have been talked about before on the forum as the most likely to be a top A book. We have moved very slowly with their rating. Much like we did with Matchbook.

After meeting with their management I do believe BetOnline ¨gets it¨. By that I mean so many books seem to not get it any more. What happened to great service that built some great books like VIP and even Bodog?

Now that they apparently get it lets see them execute the plan.

They can pass some tired horses at this point. If they do execute they could well be a top book by this time next year.

Ive been with Bestlinesports/Betonline.com for almost a year now thought i would share some of the good points and bad points...

GOOD POINTS
-Excellent English Speaking Cust Svc Reps Jimmy seems like a good guy.. takes care of clients
-They Take Debit Cards for Deposit
-Choice between "Big Bonus" or "Reduced Juice"
-Ive had a few payouts which were delivered in a timely speedy manner..
-No Opinion on Casino but have spoke to a few players that say it is one of the "fairest" they have played.. I dont play in them...
-Great 15% Referral Program!
-Only site ive played at with "ROLLING IF BETS" you can go in on a game that you have already placed a wager on and bet on another game even if the game has already started! This is great and somewhat makes up for the parlay caps...

BAD POINTS
-PARLAY CAPS... They cap parlays for example the most you can win on a 2 team parlay is 4 to 1... NOT TRUE ODDS
-No free payouts
-Payout Dept only open Short hours and not on weekends..
-Web-site has been having bugs lately and been down for "Scheduled Maintenance" quite often the last few days even less than an hour before mlb Game time... I suspect they are working on this and will have tbe "bugs" worked out soon, probably due to transistion from bestline..
-"reduced Juice" option not really reduced juice for example im looking at a total in the TOR/SEA game which is -125 over 10...
-Not very many Prop Bets...


IMO a GREAT BOOK! On a scale of 1-10 i would give them a 9..I would recommend this book to the recreational player, but to the serious player i would tell them to go somewhere else, mainly because of the lack of betting options and the parlay cap...

Thanks for the info sweetlou. I've studied them for the past months and the juice variations are too wild for my liking. Nothing more irritating than to think you're with a low juice book, only to find they have the highest juice on such standard bets as soccer totals (40 ct lines). Combined with your comment about their ridiculous parlay odds that's reason enough for me to steer far clear from this one.

Will just use the Greek for NFL props and quarters, and Matchbook/WSEX for everything else.

BetOnline should be a popular book in the forums because they are more tolerant of veteran players than most and take high limits. You won't see scalpers allowed to make limit bets but that revolving door a lot of books have isn't at BO.

As long as they're American ;-) I think this is the book that "for security reasons" only gives bonuses to Americans/Canadians. Put me off joining as you never know what attitude they'll take to non-Americans if they win etc..

Dark horse, the rating history for the old betonline is not relative. This is bestlines.com. They simply bought the betonline name for marketing reasons. Here is the Bestlines upgrade/downgrade history:

I'm just going by my gut feeling. Seeing some (very early stages of) two-facedness, and experienced cold calling (2x) after I signed up. Had to tell them to stop. Could be a great book, but let them prove themselves for a year in the new climate.

betonline deposit/withdraw methods, this is a copy and paste job for a live chat.

Deposit methods are Western Union with a min amount of $50 and a max amount of $1,990, Money Gram which is used with cash and visa, Visa, MasterCard, Trio-Pass, 900Pay, Cashier's Check, and Bank Wire.

And for withdraws they use use Money Gram and Western Union, Bank Wires, ACH, and Cashier's Checks.

I have question. This book uses DGS casino software. Normally, the game let it ride pays 1000-1 for a royal flush. A straight flush pays 200-1. Why would this book only pay 150-1 for a royal and 75-1 for a straight flush? Maybe for sports they are good, but this just shows how bad they want to rip people off in the casino. Yeah, yeah I know. You shouldn't be playing in the casino. Well the majority of books that use the same software, DGS, pay 1000-1 for a royal and 200-1 for a straight flush. This really should tell you something about their ethics.

There's a big difference between Matchbook's upgrade to A-, which followed very positive player feedback, and this upgrade of Betonline to A-, which comes before such feedback.

A book can be solid, but not be in line with what most of us are looking for, such as CRIS, which gets a much higher rating from SBR than from players.

There is no reason to assume that the example mentioned by robmpink does not reflect the prevalent mentality of this book.

Other than Greek and WSEX and their sub books I do not know who else really could be an A.

This book is set to receive a new casino in the next 3 weeks. Lets see what the odds are on their games then. Im not a casino guy but rob raises some good points. We will publish all the odds when the new software is installed. It doesnt make any sense at all to short change casino players.

I played w/ Bestline and have not one complaint about the sports side. The casino though is a different story. It just baffles me that they have the odds set so low. The irony of my story is this. When they first got DGS software, towards the end of 2006, I hit a straight flush that normally would pay 200-1. According to their odds it paid 100-1. I asked management about it and they "manually" made an adjustment as a 1 time thing. The funny thing is that their old casino software had the correct odds. I just don't understand why Bestline, Betonline, BetJam, and the Greek have such ripoff odds for a royal and straight flush. The majority of the books that use the same software (DGS) have the normal odds. It is an eniga to me and I haven't received a logical explanation. This is no way is to sway anyone from playing there (sports), rather bring up a point for some debate or feedback.

Unfortunately, they would not allow us to take pictures of their facility. It is a nice one. We will keep working on them for that.

The new Bluechip casino, exact same as Pinnacles, will be installed next week. Probably be operational in a couple of weeks.

I played there for a while , they have great parlays odds 3temer 7-1, 4 12-1, 5-25, but there maxed on 2 teamer to 4-1 bullshit . AS OF THE CASINO, I was up a 1,500 casino on a no bonus rule because I'm up money. I couldnt get a hold of nobody to withdraw dough.And while I was playing it was having tons of website issues.
