This book should not be a B+ they are more in the C- range and here is why

1. there lines come up about miday (latter than bo dogs)
2. They take up to 14 hrs to grade some wagers
3. They charge 30 dollars for withdrawals
4. They dont do withdrawals on weekends
5. there withdrawals take forever to be processed

The one and only good thing about this book is that their customer service is very friendly

I agree with the sentiments about their customer service

In my case, while I'm still plowing in the Cinco De Mayo bonus lockin period (and thus don't know about their handling of withdrawals) they did pay out in full when they allowed half my freebet balance on a +425 line even though apparently their CS shouldn't have accepted it, so in that sense they are better than some.

I've been waiting 6 weeks for their debit card and still nothing. Good CS reps, they are helpful but bottom line is they aren't paying fast that's for sure. For sbr to have them a B+ is a bit high, B or C+ sounds about right

they are my least favorite book out of the dozen i have. terrible lines, max bet of 500 and when i do want to make a bet the software just times out on me and im stuck wondering if i have a bet or not. definitely not recommended.

if someone wants to add a new book try out bestline as im pretty happy there.

I could give a few more minuses about this book. How much they should affect the rating is up for debate but they are things to consider.

- Limits are about as low as it gets. $500 for an MLB ML.
- This 50% bonus promotion, while it seems good for players on the surface, makes me a bit nervous. Books that have tried to attract large numbers of forum players this way have often had trouble.
- with this promo, there is the 90 day hold on funds. So if they do get raped by forum players and trouble starts, there is no quick way out.

That's what I did too. I would have loved to send $5K for a 2.5K bonus but when you start needing 105 max bets to reach rollovers, it is a bit much.
