Since the block of moneybookers and neteller. We need other option to be free to play.
My idea is to get a foreign account and card to play.
Prepaid card and gift card is limited and have problems when withdraw. So a foreign account and card will be better.

I have never really considered it. But I have a lot of friends who live overseas.

One of my very best friends lives in Europe and works for a company that makes online poker software. Playing online is perfectly legal for him.

Does anyone know how hard it would be for him to set me up a bank account in his country??

Or is the better way for him to just set up a bank account in his name, and an account at a book site in his name....deposit his money (which I pay him back for) and then just get the passwords to the site so I can play.

What I would suggest that may be faster for you is to click "search" next to "new post" and typie in foreign bank account... You will be able to view the past threads that have discussed it...

foreign bank accounts are not worth it unless your playing a minimum of 3k per game where the trasnfer costs dont bother you.

Foreign bank accounts require tons of paper work to open

Locals have too much vig, don't offer enough options, and run when they owe you a lot of money. If they have a game where they are too heavy on one side, they will stop taking action on it. If they get sick, you cant get a bet down. If they go on vacation, you cant get a bet down, etc., etc. I will never play with a local again.

I agree... Locals are more risky then the very good books...
