Anyone know anything about this site?

I guy I know says he deposits money via credit card and never has had any problems?

Anyone with experience? Is this for real? I didnt know you could still deposit money via credit card.

Im still a noob I guess and really dont wager a lot.

Nope, they are a Jazzette book - currently paying only via checks. If you have some time, check out a few pages of the SPortsbook.com payout thread & get a feel for what some/all of us have been going through. Sportsbetting.com will be the same experience.

At the risk of speaking for Lullaby, I don't think he meant that your credit card wouldn't accept. I believe he meant it was just difficult at times to get paid, period LINK

I thought when he said "CC won't accept it?" he was referring to getting paid back onto the credit card.

So basically, its no problem depositing via CC?

But getting paid via a check will be a hassle?

I was with Bodog, but it was a pain in my rear trying to get a check that wouldnt bounce from them.

Based solely on personal experience, I have found Bodog's misinformation less frustrating than Sportsbook's nonchalant lies.

Others may feel otherwise.

Just sign up with Olympic instead (unless you already play there.)

Its cool, to be honest Im just looking for a site that I can easily deposit a few hundred dollars and just put a little amount of money on a few games. Im not a big money guy or anything, but I love to watch sports and I love having a little money on it. but Im not too interested in fedexing WU my deposit. I just want something simple and someone that will pay me when i want to withdraw. I know thats probably asking too much though these days.

You'll definitely be able to deposit with a credit card here. That's the main reason why I haven't upgraded to a better book, this site always accepts my card, and the convenience is just too much for me. Waiting for payouts is annoying, but like you I'm a recreational player, so I don't need the money I have coming, thus I'm less inclined to get agitated waiting for the money. Also, while it belongs to the Jazette family of books, sportsbetting.com is owned separately and doesn't rely on Jazette for it's processing and customer service (it does however for it's hosting, grading, ect) so while it definitely has problems, they aren't always as bad as at the other Jazette books.
