Lot of these places end up getting busted and turning over the shipping and/or payment information to the states they ship to. Then the buyer ends up paying taxes and fees. The fact they gave up on ************ likely means their payment processor turned over records or they were at least scared that it could happen.

There was one online cigarette company based out of Switzerland that got sued by the state of NY a few years back. Not only did that company lose it's case. The state of NJ filed some type of charges against the buyers forcing them to pay the NJ cigarette tax on every carton they purchased from that company.

I pay 19.40 a carton for Marlboros after shipping. Taste a little funky but you get used to it.

Default I bought for 2 or 3 people in the family for the past 8 years!

I started buying them for people in the family in the late 90's and never had a problem.Back then they were $8 for a carton of generic Indian brand 100's.Everyone always said the quality was great. There are allot of these outfits and most are up on the Quebec -New York border probably close to where sportsinteraction is located. This outfit was the best out of the few I tried.

The funny thing is,Bill Clinton was the one to get the Indian tribes money to start cigarette production and online stores and I'm sure Mr.Stain and lady pantsuit go around being tobacco nazis and aren't happy that the states are losing tax revenue from tobacco sales on the reservations.

Sure,Indian reservations are sovereign nations but whenever a state bans smoking in bars etc.they never even pleasantly ask the Indians not to allow smoking in the casinos where the same white customers work or go to play.To liberals political correctness trumps their good health crusade. What hypocrites they are!The bars where I live are really, really going to take a hit in a couple months when anti smoking laws go into affect.Big brother knows what's best for us don't you know! They are just looking out for our own wellness.Do you ever notice how Hillary talks slow like a 1st grade teacher and talks down to us all like we are children.Nothing worse than a liberal know it all authority figure.I get a kick out of all the Oprah's and Katy Kouric's of the world saying that Hillary is a strong woman. What, strong smelling from all the stench her and her hubbie took on over the years with thier underhanded dealings and romps in the sack with other women for the both of them?
Doesn't Hillary look like and have the shape of a Who from Dr.Seuse's Whoville book or a pregnant papa seamonkey from the old comic book ads?

Definition of fur traders= Hillary and Rosie O'Donnell in a canoe together.

Hillary takes a vacation to an NFL city every fall because she heard the teams have a bye week and she mistook it for a bi week.

Anyone ever see these 1penny at a time-game keno machines online where you hit 14 or 15 of your 15 picks and you win $1000.Then of course you win smaller prizes like I think $500?for 13 hits,$250 for 12 and then it dramatically drops to 10 cents in winnings for 7 numbers hit.You get your penny back if you hit zero numbers.Anyway,it takes forever to lose $5.I thought this would be a great thing for bars to get legalized in states where tobacco sales are being banned to recover some of the customer base.

I can just hear the authority figures saying that playing penny at a time keno will take shoes and food off the table away from toddlers.Once again they are hypocrites because I see the poorest people buying rolls of scratch off-ripoff lottery tickets at the convenience stores. But I forgot, that's state run enterprise and what's good for the state is good for the people.

Then they will be among the few who do take a hit from such a law per what has happened in other places. They've screamed about how not allowing smoking was going to shut everyone down everywhere they've passed such a law. And that has simply not been the case.

I agree with you; let the business owners decide. But the argument that 86'ing ciggys will cause patrons to stay away is tired and just not true.

    Thats the one sir.

I remember getting a certified letter in the mail saying I had to fill out a form in order to claim my merchandise. Of course that was several weeks after I heard about the state of NJ trying to collect taxes on the cartons, which in turn I didn't fill out of the form at all, and let them keep'um. I haven't heard anything since then from them.

Depends on which state you live in ShamsWoof. For example A carton of Marlboro here are $25.00 a carton, and in NY there about a $100.00 a carton (give or take).

You know at first I jumped out of my chair WTF.. 100 bucks holly sh*t... Is that true..?

I thought about it for a sec. and actually that's not bad compared to how much it would be for 100 j's.. ... I would say roughly $300 for below average and $400-$600 for what they called "Premium"... So sh*t $100 is cheap...

The last I heard they were like $8.99 a pack in NY, and that was about 3 years ago. So assuming that there now probably $10.00 a pack. However, I believe that in MD. there even more than that though.

Same experience here. When the anti-smoking laws were coming into effect bar and restaurant owners were screaming and forming organizations to fight it and such. What no one stopped to consider was that there is are a lot of people like myself who avoided going to certain bars and restaurants because of the smoke. Stale cigarette smoke on your clothes is disgusting.

I don't trust these Indian cigarettes. How do you know they're not putting small pox in them?
