May I ask what do you have against bookmaker.com?!..or more specifically, why you looking for another book when you already have them?!..They pay extremely fast (usually a check via fedex within 5 business days from withdrawal request) and also they have much higher wagering limits than most offshore accounts (which means they cater to the recreational gambler as well as the professional players and also they are financially stable and have lots of coin to play with)....other recommendations : pinnacle (if you are a non-U.S. resident), and diamondsportsbook...both are A+ books, along with Bookmaker for the aforementioned reasons.

If you play straight bets only, Matchbook is the best of both worlds (NO Limits, low juice).
If you bet $500 or less per game, 5 Dimes has -105 pricing on foots and more props and alternate lines than any other book out there.
If you bet up to $2,000 per game, then I would check out Bestline for their -105 foots. I have never played there yet, but the reviews are good and I will in all likelihood add them for football.
If you bet more than that, stick with old reliables - The Greek, WSEX, CRIS/Bookmaker/DSI.
