Melatonin is supposed to help hold back the years as well as help you sleep

It's only avaliable on prescription here in the UK (Though I buy it on e-bay)

But you can pick it up for about $3 - $5 in most Drug Stores in the States.

Best one to go for (IMO) is 'Natrol' 3mg dose tablets.

That's pretty surprising... Only by prescription in the UK but over the counter in the US... daaamn who died..? I will also look into it... $3-$5 a pill or bottle..? It seems awfully inexpensive..

I don't think there's any scientific studies showing this will slow down your aging.

There's only one proven way to slow down aging so far - that is starving yourself (eating 30% fewer calories than is "healthy".)

I agree with you on calorie reduction but that has to be done for a majority of your life not just short term... 10 years at least...

I would think hormones or certain types can help cell repair and I have tried some that claim to use amino's as a natural way to trigger the body to RELEASE more hormones because supposedly after age 25 the body still makes the same amount of hormones but each year releases less...

Here is some scientific evidence for you but do you honestly think we will ever see this in the general population.. hell no..

well never mind I was going to post a link from the Korean Times about an artificial molecule that will fully regenerate human cells... Guess what it's no longer available.. f*ckers

and people still actually think money means something to the elite... This SINGLE technology that likely confiscated is so valuable it has no value...

By the way I don't know how old you are but haven't you noticed 40 year old's (ESPECIALLY CELEBS.) don't look 40 anymore...? Find me ONE person anyone from 20 years ago who looked as young as susan summers (who admits hormone therapy) at 60 or who looks as young as DH's pic. at 40..?

Cris Jansing from MSNBC... I started watching that in 03's and I'm telling you her and Alex Witt are messin' with something... and no it isn't just makeup...

    go look around...

$3 - $5 a bottle of 120 tabs Really good value. Who knows if it REALLY keeps you younger or not but it certainly helps with Insomnia

Here is a short writeup about Melatonin...

I went the natural way at all this. I stopped smoking and drinking seven years ago; six litres of water a day, cut the calorie intake, very little red meat, organic food, cycling, walking and swmming for regular exercize, tons of sex, lots of swearing and finally wagering on sports. Just made all the lifestyle changes that one hears about. I feel great and people frequently comment that I look younger than my age.
I also try to think young and practice acceptance of the fact that aging is going to happen eventually no matter what I do.

Also, what people are doing to help them make younger in any unnatural way, may not necessarily be the right thing to do to live longer. Looking younger isn't tantamount with living longer. I wouldn't personally want to take or do anything that'll make me look younger, when the jury is still out on whether or not it might cut life expectancy for instance.

only thing that works is testosterone and growth hormones but I think they might do other damage or have side effects.

Agree with all the above Checkerboard I have also recently (In the last 4 weeks) started drinking a lot more water -Notice my skin is a lot smoother since I have been doing this ( God that sounds so gay )

I also find that mixing a teaspoon of Cider Vinegar into each 1/2 pint of water I drink helps as well.

Fokes I didn't JUST make these changes like you guys I have been doing this my whole life... Working out, low caloric intake, NO other DRUGS OR DRINKING just smoke pot, eat healthy, try and keep streess to a low level... I don't know what being overweight is... Look at some of the middle eastern foods they are very very light but all this is NOT enough... Maybe for you guys that were fat and out of shape that's fine but if you think "Susan Summers" just ate better to look that way you need mental help...

In HS I never did ANYTHING not even pot or drank... I didn't smoke pot or drink really until the age of 25...
