How do I interpret this?

Pinnacle has CUB at -117 and PIT +109 would be my guess?
(We have to know the juice ourselves)

But what does "9o12" and "9u30" mean?

"9o12" means betting the over 9 you lay -112.
"9u30" means betting the under 9 you lay -130.

Again, you must know the juice to calculate the other side.
