Pretty neat site I discovered recently, seems like I was last to hear about this great site..

To those of you that have experienced this site, what is your opinion of it?

Also I heard Pandora's days are limited, do you know any other sites that offer a similar situation?

Youtube has kind of taken over for me from Pandora. Still cool though, if you want to find new artists.

If you want music in that style that you don't want to pay for, think of a band and go to Amazon and look at the "those who liked X also liked Y" and then go bittorrent crazy.

They used to be spectacular. Yes used. Few months ago I found out how it is to lose a website that one uses many hours a day. Exactly like Pinnacle and USA. Pandora was banned in most non-US countries and now I feel lost.

And not only that: before they ceased their broadcasting they sent me a "Pandora cap", but since they send gifts only in US I asked them to send it to one SBR poster /who never heard about Pandora, but now loves it too/. What a mistake i did! He liked my cap, probably wore on his greasy head and never shipped away

Maybe there are some artist names that return similar quality music in the same genre but I haven't found any. There was a free trial with SONOS and all the channels I created gave back a lot of terrible music you had to suffer through. If I did get a mainstream title it was usually the live or acoustic version because Pandora doesn't have the rights to most of the big singles.

They also gave a free trial for Rhapsody. If I have the time to customize those stations that's the one I will use.

Since discovering pandora I have downloaded about 10 songs that I previously never listened to..

yes that is/was the best it is not like radio with the same songs all the time, some old gems appear often - their archive in certain genres is huge

Never tried Pandora but Last.fm isn't bad. I've discovered a number of new (to me) artists there.

I listen to Pandora all day at work, I love this SHIT..

It's played some songs I haven't heard in awhile.
