Default Money Transfers Have Not Improved One Bit

Books can't beat the gov't, it was harder than they though to have another transfer system like neteller.

    I guess ** only or **

Its going to stay like this too. Its not going to get better, it can only get worse. Worse or stay the same are the only 2 possibilities. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    How can it get worse?

For me, I see an inefficient system where it's not as easy to transfer money in between books. But I see improvements in the system that there's more cooperation between books, doing inter-book transfers. Now, I also see bank wires going in and out straight to books. Maybe your bank account will be like a Neteller account in the future.

It looks like offshore books have taken a step back 10-15 years but they will be back.

If they decide to take the IUGEA seriously, believe me it will get much worse.

If they shut down your ability to deposit and shut down the ability to withdraw---------i dunno you tell me

I'm not saying I think this is going to happen but there is a small chance. The UIGEA has not even been put into enforcement. The Neteller thing had nothing to do with the UIGEA.

I am hoping it doesn't happen.

Well, we'll see what the future holds.

Though there will always be companies that process cheques so I don't think the government will have the ability to stop the ability to withdraw.

And the government has made it difficult to deposit but so far there are still alot of ways to deposit. I don't think they will be to stop every single method.

I think people lack patience, partly because Neteller spoiled us.

But lets be real, how hard is it to get up off your a$$ and go down to the grocery store.....they have ** or ** in 100% of the grocery stores here. The mini chains are everywhere.

I will give you 10,000:1 odds on that bet. Lay all you want because that is not going to happen.

I really think the whole enforcement blitz is over for now. The Bible thumpers made their little push to scare people for a little while but I think that's going to be the end of it. It kind of reminds me of the whole Napster thing. It got too big so the government stepped in and put the hammer down on a few to make an example of them. Yet I am still able to download every Metallica album and Jenna Jameson anal raping at the click of a mouse. There may be some hope in the Barney Frank bill passing too. Although I guarantee Bush will veto it. It's alright to send 18 year olds to get their heads blown off for no good reason but if they wanted to put $10 on a game...god forbid. Anyway, I digress. If the Barney Frank bill does get past the House and Senate, I really think the government will have a hard time enforcing the UIGEA.
