I have cashed out three times over the last week - all $1k or higher and it has been a breeze. I requested a ** payout and less than 20 minutes later, the money was available. I had a tiff with them regarding their casino a few months back, but that was probably my dumbass fault for playing online casinos anyway. I have since taken the advice of many players here and had them block my access. SBR should take another look at this book for an upgrade. I HIGHLY recommend them to other players who put customer service and safety of funds at the top of their priority list.

This book should be at least an A I dont know why SBR has a problem with them I have only ever had good experiences with them
