    Default Beer Champs

    Hey all you beer champs, I got a question for ya... One of my friends is thinking about going on a diet, but she loves drinking beer and refuses to give it up during her diet... Basically my question is: Is it better for her to drink 10 regular beers or 15 lite beers? Advice is Needed!

    Go to the webpage for each beer, and look at calories per beer. Most "lite" beers have under 100 calories. 10 lite beers is 50% of the calories a normal person consumes in a day. She can have her 10 beers if she runs 10 miles, which will burn up about the same number of calories for a 150 lb girl.

    15 lite beers, no doubt. then she gets drunk enough to wanna do the Lambada with you and won't need to run at all

    Tell her to go with Michelob Ultra... low calories and pretty damn tasty.

    On another note, I don't know why people bother dieting if they are gonna exclude working out. What's the point of trying to lose weight when you are gonna be flabby?

    smartest thing i've heard all day. on second thought, if that girl drinks shitload of beer, she aint a fit bird....tough choice.
