They have a well known history for giving big winners haircuts. Its a pattern that goes back many years and continues to this day. A small player is safe there but if you get on a little run you are subject to having your money taken. They do not tolerate big winners.

Is there not a ruling body (ie the people who issue their gaming license) that they can be reported to and have their license revoked with immediate effect.Or perhaps trading standards,is this something you guys can look into as it now seems it`s happening all to often.

There was a stint where SBG allowed us to mediate and a few players got paid and later they agreed to send partial payment to others. That got too expensive for them and they probably expected to jump in the ratings and didn't. They went back to their old ways of stiffing when they thought they could get away with it. The more exposure these book's get the less they show the true colors. It's going to take real big winners for them to accept negative press as it is a good time to be an established book.
