    Default BetRoyal placing a 7 day hold on new withdrawal requests

    BetRoyal (SBR rating D+) placing a 7 day hold on new withdrawal requests. The sportsbook's customer service has told players that "because all customer information was migrated to the new paltform any payout that is reuested will have a 7 day maturity period before it is approved." BetRoyal Players whose accounts were moved successfully will see the switch from the ASI platform to Mercedes Software (demo users must select "Play For Fun").

    I was told any requests before June 29th are ok... I am waiting on that wire and they told me today I should have it by Monday.. We'll see.... It was taken out of my account on 6/20... It sounds like the Royal staff is not there anymore either because no one knows who Lex. or a few other names I threw at them were... Interesting....

    BetRoyal "account managers," linesmen and CS staff are mostly gone as well as the software. This is probably more of SBG global maximizing the value of their deal vs. needing time to settle accounts. They are thinking... ok, you don't like the new setup or maybe you don't like that we are SBGglobal and want out...let's see if we can hold your money for a week and get some action. SBG has ripped off players from other accounts they acquired from SunsetSports and PlayersTime. Hopefully this is a turning point for them and they realize it doesn't pay to cheat here.

    This post makes me nervous... Don't be surprised if I contact you on Monday for assistance as that is the day they assured me the wire will hit...

    If you have a wire pending you are likely to be paid. If it doesn't hit on Monday it will still take a few days to verify there is a problem before a trace can be put on it.

    It doesn't say pending in my bank account but it's been pending from 6/20.. Hopefully it's fine... Thanks for the info. though..

    Well the wire did not go through but I think that is my fault because they have one letter missing in my last name... Anyway they sent the check out the next day after switching it over to check and I got it today.. Not a big deal but I thought I would report... (4500)

    Requested a withdrawl on 7/4, was told there was a hold until 7/9. It was processed on 7/10, still waiting for it, was told 5 business days. I should have on Tue this upcoming week. We'll see

    This gives me some hope, I've got just over 2K in there but am waiting for some boxing outcomes tonight before requesting a withdrawl. Post here when you get your payout henry.

    I spoke with customer service the other day and apparently they have added moneybookers as a deposit option with it coming as a withdrawl option soon. That's my preferred method of withdrawl so I'm going to hang in and see what happens. I was hoping Ryhenry would post yes or no if he got his money.

    I got a check from them FedEx this week and like the Sportsbook.com thread....mine too was opened and resealed or the processor reused a FedEx envelope... It also had the big window and the check was visiable... They told me their limit for FedEx checks is 3K... Again as with the Sportsbook.com thread the tracking number was issued but they didn't give it to FedEx for three days then I got it the day after they gave it to FedEx...

    requested payout via ** for my balance of $694 yesterday. Live help took all my info and said to contact them back friday after 2 pm for a control number. I will update on the smoothness of this transaction as it is my first withdrawl with them and i had to contact them since all my personal info was not in their system after the changeover a few weeks back. oh, withdrawl fee was $38 for **.

    I have faxed twice my ID and both times they say it isn't clear enough to accept to make a withdraw. I then e mailed it and still cannot make a withdraw to my moneybookers account. I"ve spoken with customer service 5 times in the last two weeks. I'd sure like to know what you guys are doing to make a withdraw there.

    Scanned and emailed id
    Phoned - they said they hadnt had id. And to call back in 15 mins. Called back they had found id. Asked fro transfer to moneybookers.
    They said no problem but would need to confirm that I had met rollover - they had to go back to the old system to do this (I knew I had met rollover)
    24 hours later the money is in moneybookers

    I just don't get why it is sooooooo hard to make a withdrawal sometimes

    Lets see how this goes. After faxing my ID twice and e mailing once, I once again just got off the phone with Customer service. They are going to forward my request for a 1 K withdrawl to management to go to my moneybookers account. I would have taken more but they max out deposits/withdraws via moneybookers at 1K. I will post as to how this goes. I'm hoping to see it by Thursday at the latest based on what everyone else has said in my moneybookers account.

    update: My account still has the full amount in it. Nothing is shown in the cashier as pending. I'll check again when I get home from work and may have to call again if it's not changed. It just sucks that they only allow 1K at a time to moneybookers otherwise I would have tried to get more out.

    yea that does suck i have had no probs to report with bet royal, but i could see how that would suck....might have something to do with not wanting raise a red flag (not bringing attention to a big amount) but i could b wrong with that. if u have issues let me know here i could ask my contact there who has helped me with 2 withdraws with no probs cant hurt for me to ask him

    I don't understand this. I use Bet Royal and after I figured out to call SBG's direct number instead of the old Bet Royal number I have had great service from Bet Royal.

    The only complaint I have had is the "paperwork" required to get a payout the first time. This was not explained very well and they were not very efficient at figuring out how to handle it on their end. But, everytime I called I talked to someone who looked into it for me, I think it took 7 days altogether. I scanned the documentation and emailed it, if that helps.

    The paperwork requirement is very straightforward once someone actually explains it to you. When you make a CC deposit you have to fill out a form acknowledging that the CC charges are correct and you authorize their payment, and you have to send in photo copies of your ID and your CC. You have to do this after every CC deposit. I don't deposit by CC anymore because of this. I had to scan my ID many times and fool with the scanner settings to get an image that you could actually read. I have one of those $99 HP "does everything" printer/scanner/fax/copier things. IF the issue is that they can't read your scan of your ID, I would just keep fooling with the settings until I got a more legible scan. I had to do that. If you have a digital camera an alternative would be to take a photograph of your ID and send that, that should be clear.

    I noticed that when calling the SBG number instead of the Bet Royal number (SBG bought Bet Royals sportsbook the first week of July) I spoke to a different quality of person and I could actually hear them. The Bet Royal line sounds like you are talking to someone in a cave at the bottom of the ocean...on a distant planet.

    SBG has a VIP department that handles problems for customers. I found them to be very helpful.

    I am not sure what your problem is and I know that Bet Royal can be inefficient but I don't believe that they are purposely trying to not pay you.

    I"ve e mailed them yesterday regarding the payout and no response so far. I am going to e mail SBR and see if they can help. I was taking 1/3 of my money out, now I am probably going to see if I can get all of it out. I did scan my ID (after I was told I had to fax it) and it was ok. Tuesday I was told everything would be looked at and processed and still I have no pending withdrawls nothing. This has been on going now for 2 weeks. I have e mailed marco and cashier and neither has responded. Marco did answer my first enquiry and all he said was I had to refax my ID.

    Hopefully Justin or whoever at SBR can help me because when I e mail them next time it will be a CC to the e mail going to SBR.

    When you call do you use the SBG number or the Bet Royal number? I found that did make a difference in terms of the quality of person I talked to. I use 888-238-3279.

    Did you call and ask for the VIP department?

    Better to email your id. Did they give you this email address? ivd2@sbgglobal.com

    I have never had to email them i called 800-360-1111.....do u have to be a member if vip to email them? if so how/where can i join?

    You dont have to join VIP, just call and ask for VIP department. This is their "the customer is pissed off, we better straighten the shit out" department.

    Yes that is where I e mailed it too. They have my ID or at least they told me they had it and it was fine several days ago. Then again they also said they would begin processing my withdrawl too. I will try the SBG number tomorrow during the day.
