BOS's Steinberg Detained

According to new court documents, Norman Steinberg, one of the last remaining at-large defendants in the U.S. case against BetonSports has been taken into custody.

Steinberg (a/k/a Tom Miller and David Norman) was ordered detained today pending trial on grounds that he presents a serious flight risk.

At this time it is unknown when and where Steinberg was detained, but IGN will continue to monitor the situation.

Peter Wilson remains at large.

He was a colorful poster in his day. Someone in the industry accused him of being a snitch against BoS. He denied it and most in the business didn't buy it.

Peter Wilson was a slippery fellow as his nickname, Kickback Pete, would indicate.

There are conflicting reports that he was actually arrested. There isn't anything saying where he was picked up or any reports on Interpol or DOJ as of yet. Usually the gaming sites get word from the press release lists for gov agencies. We will have to see if this is a developing story.
