    Default Vegas finally (over)reacts

The oddsmakers have finally decided to react to the vast majority of favorites covering in the NFL this season, and they have overreacted in a big way.

    Carolina -5/5.5 vs. Tampa Bay
    New England -3.5 @ Buffalo
    Minnesota -7 vs. St. Louis
    Pittsburgh -4.5 vs. Chicago
    Indianapolis -7.5 @ Jacksonville
    Tennessee -6.5 vs. Houston
    Cincinnati -12 vs. Cleveland
    Denver -14 vs. Baltimore
    Green Bay -5.5 vs. Detroit
    Atlanta -10 vs. New Orleans

I have not handicapped these games, and only have 1 or 2 serious leans, but there is value in every one of these underdogs, and I legitimately believe all these lines are at least 1-2 points lower in any other NFL season.

On a side note, what are they going to make the Miami @ San Diego line? The Chargers humiliate anyone that is not playing at their best. I guess it will be 14, but they are a cover machine.

I'm all over Jacksonville next Sunday. I will wait closer to gametime because you know the public will be all over the Colts.

i think the colts will still cover that

on the 1st game the colts offense was still not in top gear

after week three the real colt offense has emerged and has not left since

jax D is definitely good but Manning is gonna be pissed about his poor performance in the 1st game and is gonna be ready to put up the points (at least 24)

not too confident in the jags qb especially with the colt D playing good still (they better run well or they can forget it)

Jax needs bad weather or I think they gonna get thumped like everyone else

    prediction 27-10 colts

Gotta agree golden, was thinkin along those lines myself. 10 points or so, doesn't seem unrealistic given the way they are playing at the moment.
