Royal Upgrade...
Sorry fokes I couldn't find the "Problems with Royal" thread so I started another one... The upgrade gave the software some changes.. I noticed that they now put up over night lines for bases but it's 20 cents... They are also not giving the reducded juice option to me when I log in...
Maybe it's an SBG thing- damn that sucks!

I already e mail customer service as they had a $70 pending bet when I logged on this morning. They had listed the wager as made yesterday when the upgrade was on. I didn't make the wager now it says I made the wager at
4:29 today and I lost. This is BS.

I'm sure they'll correct that once you get a hold of them... It just sounds like an error due to a glitch... If you don't hear from them call them directly and talk to Lex...
They haven't answered my 5:20 Est e mail as of yet. I doubt they are going to do things since in 12 hours they can't respond. I"ve e mailed assistance@sbr.com for help. I think this is the start of a lot of bs.

Send this to marcos@betroyal.com and keep us posted. It sounds like they entered some of the data in by hand. Everyone should triple check their accounts.

ok spent 1 hour on the phone with them. They are apparently saying this wager was the Tennis wager I made on June 30, 2007. I did make a $70 wager on the 1st set Monfis/Daveydenko match. I don't have any record of it being graded as their system went down for the upgrade. My records show I bet $70 at -140. They are claiming I had it at even money. They say they graded it today since that's when the match was over (even tho the first set has been done with for over 24 hours). I am now in the process of going through all my bets made and comparing it to where my balance should be. I do track my balances and every bet made on every site. If it jives then the error is on my part. However the wager as entered really sucks ass that they couldn't put what was bet, when it was bet and the right odds. I will be checking (and yes I have now downloaded the SBR screen capture program now) everything down to the penny.
I will keep everyone posted. Thank god for record keeping as I will be able to verify if that bet was graded previously. Their system now has no records prior to today on it.
Also it looks like they eliminated their loyalty program and all my points (and the freebet I never claimed) is gone. This buy out and upgrade was done with no regard to their customers.

If you were a Royal player playing at a C- book just know you are now at a D- book. And that D- book is well known to ripp off players with large balances. Keep it to a few hundered and you will be fine.

I have gone over my bets and where my balance should be. It is correct. I can't believe that a pending wager that had not been graded could have been entered in such a way that it was unrecognizable. Even worse that I would have been put on hold 3 or 4 times while they attempted to find what that wager was. Or that a confirmation number would keep changing on their web site.
If they had just answered an e mail within 12 hours with proper info, I could have verified what they said. Due to their upgrade the last printout I had showed 3 pending wagers all of which appear to have been graded correctly. The only wager that showed up was the one I had trouble recognizing.
What's considered a large balance? My balance at most books is usually 4 figures. I believe somewhere else it was mentioned not to let your balance get to 5 figures.
