JJ, the amount of wins to spread around to pitchers stat columns in a given year is a finite number. If 250 pitchers the caliber of a Bob Gibson or Warren Spahn suddenly signed to play in the big leagues today, it doesn't mean that all of them should be 20-game winners. It's a mistake to judge a pitcher's performance from game to game or even over a long period of time by wins.

I am judging them by their salaries, Petite, Zito for example should win like 22 games a year based on the money they are paid, I could go on and on.
