    Default Bizarre BetUS experience

    I haven't reached anyone in management since the "move". I thought I'd try again.

    I managed to speak with a person at BetUS customer service. I explained who I was, and that I needed to speak to a supervisor in payouts processing. This took much longer than it should have. She agreed, and put me on hold.

    After being on hold for 5 minutes, someone answers the phone "Hello?" I once again explain my story. She says I have the wrong company - I was now speaking with "Global SotNet".

    I don't know which is worse - having CS people hang up on me, or forwarding me to an unrelated company.

    Nothing is bizarre at Betus, Jason. I'm not trying to be a smart ass, just stating what I have seen over the years.

    Why am I not surprised that happen to you Justin. That place has just been a nightmare to deal with over the years.
