i have adrenal fatigue from too much adderall. really it was coffee that made it worse. too much artificial stress on the body. what i do now is brew a pot of coffee in the morning and ONLY drink it with or right after meals. that way it eases into the blood stream and any jolt isnt noticed. but it still gives me a decent amount of alertness and no crash.........many times i wont even drink half the pot and i never go over a pot. if i drink it on an empty stomach i can drink 2+ pots a day, crazy
