    Default Farewell

After Boston's loss yesterday, I have concluded that I lost my abilities to handicap for profit. MLB is too unpredictable this season. Thus, I am quitting for the summer.

I wanted to thank everyone on this forum for their moral support and I hope to see you guys next summer.

    for boston seattle
    seattle until last night was
    13-7 last 20
    8-2 last 10
    5-0 last 5

at home vs boston and although weaver stinks he did have a great last game, perhaps he was hurt in the beginning of the season and is now good I don't know but tavarez was nothing to write home about. FIFA I wouldn't say you lost your ability to handicap games but are selecting games that are tighter than appear at face value. If you decide to hang through the week I would start tonight by laying the wood and taking the angels everyone is rested from last night off santana at home plays well and the angel post a:

    15-5 overall
    14-6 last 20
    7-3 last 10
    4-1 last 5

until last night where you now need to take away one game from wins or add one to the losses

also I knew not to take detroit last night but went against what I found because they swept atlanta who has not been impressive so who did detroit really beat.

    texas until last night

    13-7 last 20
    6-4 last 10
    4-1 last 5

    in detroit

I say don't look to into the games and just look at the basics who's been winning who's been losing how have they played vs each other most recently. As we know the pitchers starting are a small part of the game anymore as the pens are what makes or breaks us. If a team is winning ride the wave if they are losing fade them, it doesn't matter if haren is pitching against edwin jackson ride the streak.

I hope it pulls together for you and you turn it around, most may not agree with me but it works for me, hope you find what works for you.

OK AC1318. You have been on a streak lately. I will take your advice. If your method works, I will continue on my way. If it doesn't, then thanks for your support anyway. I'm going with Santana.

Ok. It's official. I am going with Rodrigo Lopez to beat Ted Lilly. This is officially it.

Why would you take a team that lost 4 in a row to beat a team thats won 4 in a row?

Because the price is right. Lopez is undefeated and has been very solid all year, and I got +133 this morning.

o ok thats why, even though the team you bet on will most likely lose since the price is right then I should bet on them. Thats a good one. anyway I took the Cubs

I should sue mlb for their crappy gameday system. With Aramis Ramirez up and a man on 3rd 2 outs, it said strike out. Because I was relieved, I walked away from my computer. I come back and find that ramirez hit a double and then cliff floyd homered.

Here come the Rockies! bases loaded none out.

Ianetta is worthless though. He grounds into a double play with tthe bases loaded and no outs.

    MJF"Not Quite"theGenius,

You obviously know nothing about value. With a line of +133, the Rockies only need to win this match-up 43% of the time to turn a profit. If they played this game 100 times under these exact conditions, would the Cubs do better than go 57-43? I think not.

haha your out of your mind, bottomline is I will win money from this game and you won't. I dont care what the value is the Rockies lost 4 in a row. You seem like you have been handicapping long enough to know that you should never bet on a team that isn't playing well. The problem is you just dont seem smart enough to know that.

I do not understand why they had to intentionally walk cliff floyd. He isn't that good.

There's no place for this arrogance and abuse. I think we have a ban candidate.

None of it is easy. Just as frustrating when a RB fumbles to blow a cover as when a relief pitcher blows a save.
