I am prone to swimmer's ear for some reason my whole life I get it from time to time, anyway my ear was stuffy and itching from swimmer's ear today and I went to Wal-mart and got some ear drops (only kind they sell or at least only kind I found called Earache Drops by Hyland's). Anyway Im back home readin the box and it says homeopathic since 1903 and Im like wtf does that mean.

So I go on wikipedia and find out its basically joke medicine, the kind of shit some dude in the 1800s would sell off a wagon

So basically this belladonna, chamomilla and whatever else shit it has in it are basically just for a laugh right, I mean this has nothing scientific behind it, I want some antibiotic and pain killin pharmacy shit this fukin sulphur and pulsatilla some idiot hippy put together thats supposed to cure me by magic aint worth a shit, how is Wal-Mart allowed to sell this junk and not have any normal ear drops for sale?

Homeopathetic remedies do work, and they are much better for your body than pumping drugs into it. It may take time to figure out the right solution or remedy but this type of medecine is no scam. It has worked for me on many occasion.

It's kinda a scam. Though there is a degree (Phd) in Homiopathic Medicine, DHM. I know a guy that is a DHM but I'm not sure how much of it I buy.

Zicam is the shit. works every time. i thought it was bull as well, but i didn't take it a few months ago when i got a cold and the thing lasted like a week. when i have it and use it, zicam knocks that shit out in about a day.

I tried it and basically nothing so far, but it says to use it 4 times a day so guess I'll continue pouring this magic potion in my ear and hope for a miracle, just for the record Im a fan of drugs and antibiotics, I believe in scientific research not some witch doctor mixing together crap. Had I known what this homeopathic stuff is all about I would never have bought it, I just cant believe Wal-Mart sells this worthless garbage

I could pour cranberry juice into a bottle and call it homeopathic cold medicine, unfukinreal

To speak with authority on something one has absolutely no clue about must be among the worst forms of ignorance.

I had a needle of a Hawaiian sea urchin in my hand for a year. It didn't want it operated on, but it would sting like hell if I touched something the wrong way. A friend told me about this homeopathic remedy. I tried it, and a week later the needle came out. While it was inside my hand it had looked like something about 1/8 of an inch, but it turned out it was over an inch long. Strange mixture of shock and relief.

But you're right. Why spend five bucks when you can spend $250 a month on a 'real' prescription that will only fight symptoms, and not cure, so you have to keep buying it? Don't you understand that's how the medical industry operates?

I hear what your sayin and yea your prolly right about how they make their money but this homeopathic shit they sold me is like a 2 oz bottle of water I mean I dont even think it does anything, they're workin strictly on the placebo effect where 50% of ppl show signs of improvement just by bein told they're receiving medicine even if its just placebo, like the power of the mind shit. Maybe if I hadnt wikipediad it I could've tricked myself into believing this was actual medicine but I mean geez this is just water, I got fukin suckered by Wal-Mart and if it was more than 4 bucks Id take it back and stand in line to return it but Im just throwin it in the trash. I tried it for 2 days and nothin, literally I could put this bottle in the fridge and have a 2 ounce swig of water in the mornin, theres nothin medical goin on here

Hell at least give me some Jack or Crown if your gonna bullshit me and tell me its medicine, that would at least have a pain killin effect
