The term "Sharp" is thrown a ton around here on this board but I am wondering what exactly must I do to consider myself to this higher standard...Must I pick a certain percentage over the course of a year? Do I need to profit XXX amount of money in a year? Do I need to take the Alt line of Saints -7.5 for + 450? Do I need to eat Dominos laced SBR point pizzas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner??? Enlighten me...

i would think good bankroll management would be a must have. some ppl will hit around 60 percent but still go broke. that ain't sharp to me.

If you have a big bankroll and if you're making profit on the long run, then you can consider yourself as a Sharp.

Even with a %55 winning percentage, a person may consider himself as "Sharp". You can make tons of money if you got a good bankroll, money management skills and a good plan.
