I'm a new guy here and surprised to find out this morning from Sports Interaction that after requesting a withdrawl to my Neteller account yesterday evening that it will not be processed until Monday due to them not having anyone in accounting??? And they are serious?

Response from SI Support team "Unfortunately, that is the case. Because our accounts department is not in the office to process any withdrawals, we cannot have this withdrawal sent out until Monday morning.

We do understand the situation and are re-evaluating the way our
withdrawals are sent out. We apologize for the wait, and appreciate your patience with this matter.

A lot of places don't process payments at weekends presumably to save on accounts admin at the weekends and to leave the money there available to bet (and hopefully lose) for the weekend games. If it's critical to have weekend payments then the best idea is to check at the book before depositing.

Thanks tacomax. I guess I will have to take that into consideration and make withdrawls earlier with them for sure...just seems that with a deposit back to a Neteller account it should be automatic.

SI seems to take a while to pay out any withdraw request. but, they do allow themselves 2-4 days on certain types of withdraw requests. as this is a weekend withdraw, i can't fault them at all. because, like tacomax said process payments on weekends at alot of books just don't take place.

Sports Interaction is a good solid book and I guess they sort of run like a bank and keep bankers hours when it comes to making withdrawals.I guess they are headquartered on an Indian reserve in Quebec not far from the USA border.Their Master's golf betting line is the best.You can bet as little as $1 I believe and you have some long odds of anywhere between 100-1 and 800-1 on some solid golfers.It was kind of sad seeing Nicklaus at 750-1 odds.

SIA is a real nice book like Brent said....withdrawals are not processed on weekends unfortunately but on the weekdays it takes about a day which is pretty standard in the industry....but I agree it should be quicker and I am glad they are reevaluating their withdrawal procedure.

Pretty soon SIA will be a B book I am sure.
