I agree but the Colts sometimes get out to a slow start. The second quarter would be better.....

So that would make the NO what like -200?? I like the NO better. They could kick a FG or run it in or not get off to a fast start.

I don't think this prop is who scores first or how they score, I believe that this prop only relates to weather or not Manning will throw a TD pass in the first quarter.

The value is good but it's true that the Colts tend to start slow, Manning takes time to get into his rhythm. 2nd Q would be ideal, they won't be too far ahead and he should get warmed up before the half, he would probably throw for it inside of 2mins left in the half.

Manning comes out and pushes the tempo early

They cant afford to get off to a slow start today!

You will find yourself down 21-0 with this Saints offense.

You can start slow against the Ravens and Jets. Those two have shitty offense but you will not come back on a Saints offense that is built for the lead!

itll take peyton a half a drive to figure out the saints defense. he will put up some big numbers. itll still be close tho.

I'd bet against it. Too many ways it can go wrong.

    1. They lose the coin flip and maybe only get one 1Q possession.
    2. They score a FG.
    3. They have to punt.
    4. They score on a running play.
    5. They score on special teams/defense.

Maybe it works out, but I can see a lot of ways that Manning doesn't get a TD pass in the 1Q.

Also, here's his career numbers for this prop:
    Regular season: 192 games, 86 1Q TDs
    Playoffs: 17 games, 6 1Q TDs

    In 2009:
    Regular season: 16 games, 7 1Q Tds
    Playoffs: 2 games, 0 1Q TDs

Saints are a team like the GS Warriors. They can build a lead but are not built to hold a lead because their defense is possibly the worst in the NFL. Its the opposite of what you said.

As for the prop, a huge portion of its value is going to be determined by the coin flip.
