    I played trumpet since I was in 4th grade and played for Siena pep band for 3 years, 10th grade through 12th grade

    don't play for them anymore, I go to school elsewhere

    that wasn't even that good, sounded soo bad

    I could play up there, but not that high

    guys sorry don't mean to jump in but I haven't been involved talking about the trumpet playing in over 30 years ZBOIZ, that band is strong the horn section is brilliant congratulations having that kind of ability playing first trumpet with those guys I also played fom 3 or 4 th grade into college, also first trumpet, how my top lip would hurt, I had a conn trumpet, as i remember i could hit hi g, this was40 years ago today you call them super g's All my friends played bugle for a church drum and bugle corp, st johns great routines. played in bristol r.i oldest july 4 parade in the country ,parades and travel all over even oakland calif. to compete. The drum and bugle corp had majorettes that was enough for me to join, my favorite trumpet player was al hurt big heavy jazz trumpet player from n.o. Thanks guys you brought back a wonderful memory.
