I contacted Bet Jamaica about this promo. They told me that I would have to contact SBR and SBR would then have to contact Bet Jamaica to "honour" the promotion. I spoke with 3 different people on Bet Jamaica's online chat - twice the person on the other end stopped replying and eventually terminated the chat - and they didn't do anything to resolve my request. I've been trying to make a deposit for hours to get in on this promo but now I'm pretty much giving up.

The fact that this A+ book is falsely advertising this promo shocks me. Their customer support is brutal too, I spoke with 3 different people and they all did nothing to resolve this. This is something that I would never expect out of an A+ book. Don't waste your time like I did.

Dude, I don't know what you are talking about. The initial post says you have to PM betjam and the additional 20% will be credited within 1 business day. Customer Service is not your problem

That's interesting. I just did a payout 2 weeks ago via online at noon Friday, and the check was at my door the following Monday.

I also had some difficulties in explaining about this promo and that I am offered 20%+20%, but not only 20%, but eventually they understood me. I opened an account, reveived initial 20%.
Now I have to contact BetJamaica, who is here on the forum....I sent PM message him....
But I am still waiting and nothing new happened.
I hope that BetJamaica will contact me with PM or here in this thread.
